Great, many thanks. Questions ...
- Does the Cycler always pass prograde ? If retro then the idea is a non-starter.
- If prograde, can the perigee be adjusted to best match the SE velocity ? ... thus minimising plane-change delta-V (at worst-case date).
- Does the Cycler also pass Mars prograde ?

This is relevant to the Space Elevator (SE) as payloads could be transferred to/from the cycler for a minimum-fuel transit ...
... but some delta-V is usually needed as the Cycler wouldn't be in the equatorial plane.
A question for @adamsspaceresearch.bsky.social : what's the worst-case delta-V ?

This video describes variants of the Space Elevator concept that require far shorter tether lengths, therefore perhaps shorter-term solutions. (They are also not constrained to equatorial locations, though they would still be more efficient)
