It's so good to be part of a narrative that puts us amongst the grown ups for a change! Haven't responded to you on Threads as my replies have, since 1pm, been 'uploading' and my profile page won't load properly.

Certainly is. Morning. I am having problems with Threads at present. My posts are still uploading after 2 hours and I can't see that I've been banned or anything. Anyway, I'm feeling proud to be British too!

I mean, just why? What sick pleasure do they get? Maybe what they actually need is a life.

I'd like to think that this abhorrent attitude signals the beginning of the end for Fromage and his despicable Reform company. I live in hope.

As the USA descends into a 1933 Germany fascist era, I stand with Canada and Mexico. What is happening in America is terrifying. They are enacting each part of Project 2025 with horrifying speed. It took the Nazi party in Germany 53 days. Might take Trump and cronies less time...

I'm not suing anyone. Just pointed out that the Daily Heil is owned by them and not Murdoch. As they appear to have had ownership since its inception, they must be on the wrong side of history because the Heil was on Hitler's side in the 30s/40s. So there's thar.

But start with 1933. In fact, read Martin Gilbert's 'The Holocaust'. That explains the slow descent into full on genocide. Bit of a hefty tome (and a bit clinical), but well worth it.

Sadly, I think he learned the lesson very well. He has Nazi roots and has had Nazi leanings for a very, very long time. Riding Drumpf's coattails has allowed him the freedom to be exactly who he has always been.

Been saying this for the past 8 years. The parallels were there in 2016. They are even more obvious now. Project 2025 is the Nazi playbook by another name and now there are no guardrails to stop them. Christofascism has taken over.

Well, after 5 days of 'Murica descending full pelt into 1930s Germany fascism, thanks to the implementation of the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025 through their newly installed puppet President, I'm left asking how quickly other nations are going to recognise it for what it is.

Trying very hard to give a certain orange blob no publicity at all in my posts but I have to laugh at the snowflakiness of moving his inauguration indoors because it will be 'too cold' when other, better men have kept theirs outside regardless. Or is it cos of anticipated lack of crowd size... ?

I shall be absenting myself from SM and mainstream TV on Monday evening. It's probably easier in the UK to avoid the orange blob's inauguration as it will be everywhere in the US. I predict that he will claim his crowds were bigger than anyone's, anytime, anywhere. Hope Washington DC has bad weather

Back here again, trying to ascertain strength of engagement. I hate that Meta has now become a place of hate unfiltered and uncensored because of its owner's craven cowardice in kowtowing to a would be dictator. But I have a fab community there. So I will keep trying to curate the same here.

Watching 'I'm a Celebrity, Get me out of here' and the constant voting for one person to do the trial I have concluded that society has not moved on from the days of gladiators or the eager audiences at the guillotines. Apparently we want people to suffer for our enjoyment. How sick is that?

Okay. So I gave in and switched on the heating. Looks like a very cold week in store. Might even fill the coal scuttle and build a fire in the fireplace on Tuesday. I do already have crumpets.....
