Well...I actually wrote something, after all. Okay, edited something, but close enough. My poem "No New Messages" was just submitted for an online publication; we'll see if it gets accepted. 🤞🤞🤞 #writingcommunity #poetry #goodvibes

So today I tried editing a poem I wrote about the time I was SA’d and it broke me. I had to stop and put my pen down. I didn’t realize how raw those feelings still were.

And by write I mean stare aimlessly into the void while obsessively checking my social media for any inkling of dopamine.

Today is an especially bad mental-health day for me. I’m going to #write.

I use to post regularly and I apologize that I haven’t been. I know I need to give my audience their due diligence but tbh I have had so much going on lately both mentally and professionally that social media lately has been slipping through cracks. I’m sorry chat.
