This band at the Cherokee National Holiday is playing "Fox on the Run," and it's the coolest cover I've ever heard from a band at something like this.

I've had Dio's "Rainbow in the Dark" stuck in my head for days now.

You know, it still would have been a great song, even if was called "Iron Bloke."

I initiated my thousandth conversation about Brian Wilson when my wife told me one of my favorites was "Help Me, Rhonda". I told her it was a good song, but not a favorite, and that she was mistaking me for Alf.

My wife and I saw Brian Wilson in 2017. Blonde Chaplin was with him so it was a lot of deep 70s cuts on top of the hits and all of Pet Sounds. Wonderful show. Our daughter was born 9 months later and we always blamed Brian Wilson for that.

It's cool. Lived in Joplin, Missouri so it's been with me my whole life, but yeah, next move is out of tornado alley.

The thing about storms I hate the most is as soon as they arrive and I can fully assess what it'll be like around me, I go to bed with a bunch of lightning and 50 mph winds. It's watching the storm for an hour before that drives my anxiety.
