We've got a problem that the most that are legislators are willing to do is to try to reform ice instead of dismantling it. This has become urgent because of the probability of ice being used to interfere with elections, and because people are dying.

They were taught this in law school, but never accepted it as the law. They are therefore unqualified to be members of SCOTUS, since they took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. They are doing everything possible to trample its tenets. It's disgusting!

Oh I'm sure they know, or are told by their legal advisors, what the Constitution says.
But they have clearly decided they know what is best for the US, and to hell with the Constitution
