The EU just published a "new Competitive Compass", a document on how Europe could become more relevant again on a global scale. Ok, cool.

What's needed more of IMO is a much "bolder" communication by @vonderleyen.ec.europa.eu to all Europeans to understand that we need to do this together. Quickly!
