The menacing pumpkin has large orange tentacles wrapped around his right and left arm while pumpkins partially out of frame at the bottom are coiling both legs. One tentacles is also entering his mouth and throat as another goes down the front of his large, very wet diaper and assumed to be anally penetrating the rabbit. The tentacles have a slight glow and are covered in slime, saliva and seminal fluids from both the tentacles and the rabbit.
