I really like the spiral-y video game lookin particle effects around his hand. I think it would make a really satisfying stuttering noise kinda like the dark fountain creation sound effect.

there are so many dragon characters in my comic i havent drawn in years because theyre big and have huge wings which i suck at drawing so i just hardly ever make art of them lol.

i feel like designing/redesigning some new dragons

I don't really plan on actually making anything playable with all of this but sometimes I just make more concept art and sprites for it when I have nothing else going on, so here's some environment layout stuff for the dark world itself based on my room:

i should have specified overworld* animation. i didnt make the battle sprites!

There’s also a lot of fun various buglic transit commuters and other NPCs that were really fun to sprite.

My favorite little thing I got to make I think is the flowy idle animation for the remember-me enemy. I didn’t make the base sprite but I’m realllly happy with how I animated it.

I’m gonna be more annoying and active about promoting the Blanksword Kickstarter from now on. Maybe I’ll even talk about little bits I made in the demo. I definitely wanna make art this week to promote it. I’ve just been drained from my move.

I don’t go Wyvern mode because I’m not a Wyvern. I’m a dragon kobold hybrid

Whenever I lose motivation for an art piece I’m working on, big red text saying “KILLED” slowly fades in over it

i also go kobold mode when i wanna be a mischievous little shit. biting ankles and stealing gold

Gets 10% more purple and breathes little puffs of firework sparkly fire

When my sona goes from dragon mode to kobold mode it’s like when Tenna shrinks down when he gets sad. I also go small mode when I get sad.
