the white coloured pencil is honestly OP if you know how to use it. you can use it as mentioned with the white crayon, to keep white spaces white, but you can also use it as a base layer to lighten the colour you put on top of it!! this is great for clouds, light, semitransparent things, you name it

(2/2) a sort of "pastel filter" to make everything sorta dreamy and soft looking!

The white crayon is the BEST ONE IN THE BOX because it keeps the white parts white!! plus you can use it as a blender if you're using it on light colours, but that's a bit tricky so it's not commonly known. also, if you strip the top layer of wax from the rest of the drawing, you can use it as (1/2)

I understand that the white crayon/coloured pencils gets a bad rap, like "oh you never need it! oh you can only use it on coloured papers!" WRONG YOU'RE ALL WRONG SUSH!!!

a bunch of murina isopods emerging from the soil in a captive terrarium during their active hours at night. there’s an isopod sticker in the bottom left corner lol

u need to zoom in to see, but there appears to be a ton of cross breeding occurring between my panda king & glacier pink isopods.. they are both murina species so it makes sense, but the result is very interesting. some have pink bills and panda bodies, others are pink with a grey stripe, etc

okay I've been away for a while, but I'm back! thinking about posting more, we'll see how that goes
