Group organizing Idaho abortion-rights initiative files lawsuit over ballot language • Idaho Capital Sun Idahoans United for Women and Families, a group organizing an abortion-rights initiative for 2026, has filed a lawsuit over ballot language.

UPDATE: Melanie Folwell, Idahoans United for Women and Families' spokesperson, told me today that she was notified the court will hear the case. The state is expected to respond to the complaint by Feb. 25.
