Risk assessment questionnaires cannot keep being written by people without a basic command of language. Grammatical errors that change the meaning of a question or just nonsensical answer choices lead me to believe the validity of the responses can’t be all that important 🤦🏼‍♂️

Phone survey that accepts only one digit responses asks me to rate the service on a scale of 1-10. In a world of "5 stars or you failed", this feels like a ploy to drag down satisfaction scores...or just a really poorly designed system? Cynicism or idiocy, which is the better explanation?

As I ride the fully automated, driverless airport tram I have to ponder: who thought to install a windshield wiper? Does it have a maintenance cycle? And isn’t that the definition of busywork?!

Because it would put lots of us out of work? Or because we're fundamentally trying to bring order to chaos that exemplifies infinity diversity in infinite combinations? 🖖
