I find doing it on every request is a bit overkill and can burn through my limits quicker. Instead, I use it sparingly when needed, especially in planning tasks.

AI coding tools aren't creating a new skill... they're amplifying one we should have been focusing on all along. Knowing how to ask the right questions (technical, business, etc.).
