While some disruption is unavoidable, to minimise this as much as possible the Itchen Bridge will be:

🛣️ fully open between 6am and 9.30am
🚦open with temporary traffic signals between 9.30am and 3pm
🛣️ fully open between 3pm and 8pm
🚧 closed between 8pm and 6am

🌉 Next Monday 11 August maintenance works are due to start on the Itchen Bridge

🗓️ Over the next six months we will be upgrading the drainage system, repairing the joints and restoring the waterproofing to ensure the bridge is in good working order for years to come

The council has approved the sale of Woodmill Outdoor Activity Centre’s to local charity Southampton City Scouts 🥳

Southampton City Scouts will be the lead operator and will take ownership of the main activity area, the pond, Stoneham Lodge, and activity equipment.
