Update:

I ended up having to clean most of this myself and still have more to do.

The landlord did fix the hole in the wall and got rid of a weird door that led into the other apartment from my closet.

Still have to seal the cracks in the bathroom myself though 😣

My apartment is now filled with tons of gritty thick dust because my landlord decided to gut the unit next to mine, did no remediation, & it came through the wall and got on EVERYTHING all over my apartment.
