second, I presented with 3 doctors of sociology our independent research on how people become "non-monogamous", using the same concept of Beckerian Career that I use to study "Boardgamer" trajectories. At the national congress of the French Association of Sociology (@afs-socio.bsky.social).

This last two weeks, I had the honor of participating to two major scientific events:
first, I actually presented a game that serves as a manifest. At the international colloquium "Jeux et Société" coordinated by RIRRA21 (Montpellier 3) with the Sète GameLab, Homo Ludens (@uqam.ca) and Game In Lab.

Academia many problems, and I have lamented that funding models particularly in the humanities have made collaboration difficult, but there’s lots of great work being done in this area. I’ve noticed that getting industry to acknowledge work being made outside of the commercial space is really hard
