「光が死んだ夏」の連載が始まった時は「きっと世の中に受け入れられないだろう」という諦念もあったのですが、実際は性別や年齢関係無く沢山の人が応援してくれてとても嬉しい驚きでした。
アニメ化までして頂けたのも、この作品を応援したり買ってくださった方々のおかげです。
これからも完結に向けて頑張りたいです。

also i think the reality is that, even if parents do their best to monitor their kids....many are going to be exposed to something disturbing or nsfw. parents need to be emotionally available to talk about scary shit that kids see

but to be clear the solution here isn't "ban porn" LOL. i just think there are a lot of things at play here that can't be solved simply by telling parents to be better

we gotta support programs that give them the time to actually monitor their kids

parents can only do so much when they have to work 12 hours a day in areas with insufficient after school programs

like i do think ultimately it's the parents' responsibility, but the truth is that many parents do not have the ability to hover over children's internet usage at all times

i feel like if we go the "we don't need to remove nsfw content to protect kids, parents need to parent them better" route we need to recognize how the lack of social safety nets play a role
