It’s surprising to me that the hosts don’t bring this up in the reunions because it happens every season and that’s a big reason why they end up wasting time and expenses on people who end up saying “I don’t” at the last minute.

I completely agree. I noticed they talk about very surface level things. Which is odd because they know how the show goes so why not ask about work schedules, day to day availability, finance management, short/long term goals they’re actively working towards & establishing how you’d fit into that.

I got pulled into an impromptu meeting about structural changes. With the new structure my current manager will now have to compete with her colleagues & apply for a new role if she wants to stay with the department/company. I just checked my calendar & she’s removed all her development seminars. 😔

Who/ what are they protecting? The system they created.
