Any govt should make the right to an affordable home at the centre of their policy. They need to find a way to incentivise people to buy their own home if they wish or rent somewhere affordable. Using housing as a profit making entity for rich people has to stop.

It’s so frustrating!

I challenged a relative that believed this rubbish and they were adamant that because the papers said so it was true. Where are our media and why aren’t they reporting the truth?

Interesting - I tend to disagree but each to their own.

Yes I’ve been hesitant and when Your Party emerged I was torn but the infighting made my mind up for me. The more I watch Zack P the more respect I have for him.

I am increasingly warming to @zackpolanski.bsky.social and @greenparty.org.uk - given the debacle in “Your Party”. I think they reflect best the values we need to beat Farage. I’ve just joined them.

@zarahsultana.bsky.social and @jeremycorbyn.bsky.social - we needed leadership not infighting.

Yes I think in the past I felt the same way- but I think he is a breathe of fresh air - I have been torn between him and Corbyn/Sultana - but to publicly shout about division so early doesn’t bode well. That’s just not leadership despite their ideology

This is so disappointing - along with the Green Party we need politicians to join together to do what’s right and create some real opposition to the neoliberal, wealth appeasing main parties.

The credibility that will be lost here is a blow to having a coherent alternative.

One way to bypass the unwelcome and unnecessary appeasement of Trump by the UK gov. Well done Channel 4.

Make no mistake Farage and his crew will mimic the fundemental extreme “christian” rhetoric of Project 25.

He will attempt to erode the beautiful diversity of our society into a white heterosexual, male dominated, white supremest regime - using false religious doctrine to control people.

Absolutely unbelievable response from the government - inciting violence is the boundary they should not be crossing. In appeasing the USA regime they are again completely misjudging the situation and leading us to a force which wants authoritarianism.

It’s another gross misjudgement on the part of Kier Starmer - but in his world it fits with the corporate - reward the rich ethos he has decided is his politics. Keeping USA firms like BlackRock and Palintir sweet - even though some are orchestrating authoritarianism in the USA - really bad call

It’s pretty much a lost cause - Either Kier Starmer is completely tone deaf or his agenda has got nothing to do with tackling inequalit or what the electorate really want.
