EU:lla saattaisi olla hartioita laittaa asiaa järjestykseen. Minun on vaikea uskoa, että Suomi pystyisi nostamaan rikkaimpien tai pääoman verotusta reilummin ilman että ampuu itseään jalkaan. Mitähän asioita meidän MEPpimme ajavat?

Varmuuden vuoksi, en siis sano etteikö videossa ollut hyviä pointteja vaikka kritisoinkin.

Tuon linkkaamasi videon pohja oli hieman vääristynyt: vertailu aloitettiin vuodesta 2005, jolloin Nokian vaikutus Suomen talouteen oli loisteliaimmillaan tai ainakin lähellä sitä. Tanska tuskin oli vastaavassa tilanteessa. Myös yhteyksien katkeaminen Venäjään osui meihin kovemmin.

Fair wages is a tough subject. Differences are not a proof of unfairness, but are still useful piece of data when looking for some. I am not claiming that Musk would be a self-made billionaire, but also do not think that one existing would be conceptually impossible.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with you here. When you pay for products, you are not multiplying the amout of work-hours spent with a fixed value but look at price and quality while choosing what to buy. At least all people I know do.

I agree with you here - billionaires / future trillonaires paying fair taxes is wishful thinking, not the reality we live in.

I have nothing against self-made trillionaires, as long as they pay a fair share of taxes. I have a hard time believing that Musk is worth that much to Tesla shareowners, but they giving him lots of money will not make my life worse. Trillionaires by extraction, as in some societies, is different.

Unsure if I follow. Those recent shutdowns that I know were because of a too high water temperature. Warm water is not problem by itself, but the process was planned for colder one for efficiency reasons and if so, warm one might be unusable. Lack of water will happen at some point.

In autocratic states, a person might suddenly lose parts of mobility. Denying access to transportation helps to limit the life choices undesired parts of the population. The mobility access rules are vague - it is safest to agree with the big boy about everything.

TeSSla used to be the best electric car. It still is the best on some fronts, but safety is not among those. Overpromising and underdelivering "full self driving" together with being an extreme escape room experience when anything goes wrong are the worst parts.
