I've been a bit annoyed by the AI features DDG has been introducing, but I appreciate that they let me easily opt out at every turn (and stay opted out, instead of needing to click no every session like adobe acrobat) and help me avoid it coming in from other sources too

I'm a sucker for a multigenerational saga & flew through this one. I've been retelling myself Alba's story to calm my brain before sleep which might be a weird selection but it's captivating. Gotta spend more time in S.M-G's back catalogue.

what you're seeing flaking is a top layer adhered to the fabric, losing adhesion. Like how fake leather eventually peels away. You could try sticking it back together with a drop of fabric glue but making something that won't peel in the first place is probably a better use of your time.

This morning I found a small jumping spider on a book in my car & said "hey buddy, what are you doing in here?" & carried the book to a plant to relocate said spider instead of going FUCK FUCK AHHHHHH and not knowing how to get back in my car.
