I’m not really turning her into a hat.

At this rate I’m turning her into an anthology of short stories.
She is the most “this’ll make a great story” cat I’ve ever had. Nearly 2, total mischief, all day.

The baby is a bandit.
She stole 5 cat food pouches out of the crate on Monday and purred like a delighted dragon on her hoard as a had to fish them out from under the bed in a part chewed mess.

Bandit = hat.

I bought a new smart-watch in the sales.
I put it on to charge.
10 minutes later, the kitten had eaten through the brand new charging cable in 5 places.

Hat.

That train is a rotten one, and so often doesn’t let you off.

I’ve done a lot of sanity shopping this week, because work is still nuts and the waiting game for the move is making 0 progress. Finally admitted I need size 16 dresses. Sad, but well dressed now.

Oh I have done SO much today!!

Morning Hillary, morning all. How is everyone? Just shaking off a circular nightmare. Ugh.
But I promised myself I would do the great big clear out today, so I have to shake that off and move on. Clear, clean, tidy, bins, emptying old cupboards… then I can breathe a bit.

Oh look at the face on this hound. I would hug him for hours and tell him what a good boy he was.

Take it gently: each of the Captains would have your back. Each of the chief medical officers would sneak something into that hot chocolate.

They’re not masterpieces, just little 15 minute vignettes - give or take drying time. Keeps my hand busy and my mind on something brighter.

Worst work day in a while.
I am useless, can’t do my job and no-one in my class listens.

Tearful, broken and not getting much of a lunch break as one of my class refuses to go outside.

Oh and the move is on delay, as the lease extension is a fiasco, as feared.

But hey… that kid’s in today. Gulp.

12 Christmas cards painted this week. Only another 30 odd more to do. Might manage this!
