In an effort to salvage my strained voice, I’ve put myself on vocal rest for the past 48 hours. I’ve only spoken out-loud for 16 mins today, but that doesn’t mean my mind has quieted at all. I have become extremely highly aware now how hard it is not to mutter or sing to myself. 🫣😭
