New Mexico Fish and Game Stops Wandering Wolf “Taylor” in His Tracks, Sends Him South for the Second Time Conservation groups are condemning the decision by the New Mexico Department of Fish and Game (NMDFG) to remove a wandering male Mexican gray wolf from the northern part of the state late last week.

Mexican gray wolf Taylor was captured north of I40 and relocated back into arbitrary bounds. This is the second time wildlife agencies have restricted Taylors movements.
