I’m always worried I’m making a component too long and complex so I had to keep this one shorter. Original idea was it turns upside down and all the keys fall out, then turns back around and new keys fall into place.

Totally agree - this one took a lot of fine tuning, and it's part of a bigger scroll animation that I'm still tweaking. And getting 3D right between desktop and mobile is a whole other challenge...
