Christopher Robin will be a year old in March. His coat is still thin; and he’s mostly a good boy! I would love a thick, curly coat for him!

I am dying of envy over his coat! Gorgeous! And luxurious! How old is he? I aspire to this thick coat! Any grooming advice?

Good to know! I’ll take all the advice and counsel I can get! This rose had “rosette disease” which I didn’t even know was a thing. I pulled the climber and trashed it. Now, it’s come back! I’m thrilled to see what happens!

Sounds like we were in the same boat. I feel sorry for people who lost aquariums/ fish. I lost a coat in the mess and hope that someone who was cold got the coat! I hope it had $20 in the pocket. (You know how you have coats and stash $ and forget until next year).

I’m glad I got a haircut. Today. I’m glad I washed the eye makeup off.

Thanks Konfusi! I think ultimately, optimistically, it will all be for the best. We still have most of the crepe Myrtle, the juniper/balsam, 85% or more of the giant magnolia, and dogwood and Japanese maple.

It’s a gigantic tree! And 85% or more will be fine! I’m actually kind of glad that some broke off bc now I will have sun in my garden this year!

Yes! But it needed to be pruned and we had tree people look at it in November. It’s so huge and strong, I never imagined it would be breaking off. But this ice is too much for it.

This town is so insanely backwards. We don’t have underground anything. So, you have power and then you don’t. Or you have Xfinity cable and then you don’t. Water lines are freezing and bursting. Oh!! And the traffic lights!! 🚦 only abt 50% working.

Someone said it makes a strange sound too! If we get freezing fog here now, we’re done for. I’m afraid it will take me 2 years to rehab the garden from fallen trees.

Ooof! I’m so over the snow and ice and downed power lines and breaking trees here—when someone said “freezing fog” —I was like—wtf now?!

Oh lord! I heard the fog itself makes a creepy sound too!
