Scotland chosen to create 'circular construction hub' Set to be ready by the end of 2027, the EU-funded initiative should increase the use of reused materials

The responsibility for this lies with those who released these animals. What a horrible experience for them. And of course a tragic one for the year old juvenile who didn’t survive the ordeal. As I said at the weekend- they’ll have been hungry and thirsty not having the skills to survive in the wild

Just as I feared. Some while back Gordon Buchanan made 'Snow Cats and Me' showing the great effort rescuing then and teaching captive lynx to live wild again. They can't just be chucked out the door. 😢

These animals might not have even been able to find sources of water in freezing temperatures. I’m so sad about this.

Any wild animal reared in captivity or even rescued as babies and hand reared does not have the skills to be released without an intensive programme. Anyone working in a wildlife sanctuary can tell you that.

Very distressing to hear one of the young lynx has not survived the ordeal of being out in the wild. These animals were brought up with regular meals, comfort and safety- not equipped to survive in the wild. Is it any wonder the stress of their ordeal has resulted in this? Saddened by this.

It's so frustrating, mitigating decisions taken by another government.

100% of ours and all our powers is all we seek.
