A posthumously released album of b-sides called Famous Lost Words has anyone ever done this

The Neil Young/Pearl Jam album Mirrorball turns 30 this week; it’s one of my favorite records.

A while back, Eric Ambel and I got together with some friends at his studio in Greenpoint and recorded a couple of songs from that album.

Like many other orgs in Oregon and nationally, we’ve had our funding cut significantly in the last few months, losing about 15% of our annual operating budget.

In March, the Alano Club of Portland, where I work, lost our Executive Director, Brent Canode, when he died suddenly and unexpectedly. I’ve recently been appointed to his role and it’s so important to me to carry on the programs Brent and I built together.

I don’t post here often but I do want to share something serious and important to me.
