I honestly want to know why Christian churches aren't a frontline remedy for people experiencing homelessness. They're tax-exempt, they have buildings, staff, a congregation, geographical distribution, and the ability to help people get back on their feet with community support.

I can imagine this growing into a kind of "union" between states, under some sort of a shared legal agreement that they would all sign onto.

They're detaining a massive record number of people, but they have deported a fraction of the number of people that was taking place under the Biden administration.
