So today I did an two hours spontaneous self portrait in acrylics. It was like twenty years ago I did it last time. It was fun! 🎨🖌️

New rice 🍚
So I riced my Win11 again. This time with Komorebi window manager + it's own bar. Everything in Catppuccin colours of course 😻 It's still work in progress but I really like how snappy Komorebi is, and it handles my three monitors prefectly even after sleep.

My first bibimbap here! Jasmine rice with soy mince, mushrooms, fried egg, red pepper, pickled red onion & cucumber, green onion & zucchini. Then some yummy sriracha mayo & gochuang sauce olala 🥰💋

Made a great tasting ramen today. The broth based on peanut butter & coconut milk with yellow onion, garlic, ginger & pepper. The toppings were BBQ Oumph with teriyaki sauce, roasted red pepper, beans & green onion. That and a cold beer! 🍺🍜

Windows rice
I'm usually driving Linux, OpenSuse Tumbleweed with Gnome. As I use Win 11 for some things too I wanted it to be more like my Linux and got it riced yesterday. This is using Glazewm with Yast bar, Windhawk etc. That and Zen Browser. All with my favorite color theme Catppuccin.
Nej jag kör ett år i taget. Men jag gillar hur den lägger till en drive i filhanteraren så man behöver inte synka med mappar på sin hd och sånt. Dessutom funkar den bra även i Linux vilket är ovanligt.

I bought some mushrooms yesterday and it was perfect for a nice ramen. The broth on peanut butter, coconut milk, red curry, ginger & garlic. Toppings was mushrooms, egg, red pepper, pak choi & green onion. Yeah and some chili oil 🥰🌶️🍜

I made one of my own receipts of ramen today. The broth is based on tahini and coconut milk. Toppings with red pepper, bbq Oumph, green onion and pak choi and lots of chili oil. That and a cold beer = 🥰🍜

The broth was mostly made of peanut butter, coconut milk, onion, garlic and ginger. So tasty and smooth.

So made this lovely tan tan ramen today. The broth is based on peanut butter and coconut milk, the toppings are minced soya fried with onion, garlic & ginger. Fried red pepper, corn, green onion & pak choi. Yeah and some Sriracha mayo on top as well. Bon appetit! 🍜

I just had a great ramen I made after my own recipe. The broth made of, among others, onion, peanut butter & coconut milk. The toppings you see are smoked tofu with teriyaki sauce, green beans & pak choi. Delicious! 🍜
