Bike Delights

First group ride since moving to San Jose, went to the Alex Pretti memorial ride out of Upshift Cycles. Really good energy. A reminder that community takes showing up, grateful to the organizers. Great weather, friendly people, and some very nice Rivendell bikes. Glad I went.

This little path through Redwood Memorial Grove near the De Young Museum was a perfect spot to appreciate my bike, some sunshine and little #CoffeeOutside.

A few pictures of some bikes I rode at Rivendell this weekend!

I ended purchasing one of them after a few test rides and a bike fitting from Grant.

I got the “you pick the fun stuff” build and was able to choose the cranks, handlebar and shifter combo I wanted!

Yeah, I have a Polyvalent, it’s such a rad bike. I just bought my first Rivendell on Saturday.
Grant Peterson gave me a bike fit and I was able to ride a few different bikes! It was an amazing time.

These videos are great.
Feel like he really nailed his tone early on in his videos.
