Now that I'm in my 60's that seems to have accelerated. I don't get the immediate effects after consuming alcohol, just the "morning after" effects. Hot sauces and spicy foods don't seem to taste nearly as hot or spicy to me as they used to, and caffeine doesn't have the same "kick" it once did.😑
