16.11.2025 10:07 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I made a Tarragon Omelette.
Lordt this is delicious.
I added sharp cheddar, herbs de province, and my own tarragon-infused vinegar. No salt. No black pepper. Nothing else.
Garnished with cilantro and red onion.
Phone GPU’s are relatively underpowered (bandwidth / RAM / compute units) and using them at the computational levels required for AI training would kill all the batteries too quickly.

14.11.2025 20:05 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 01C granulated sugar makes 1.75-2C confectioners sugar. So, we’re talking about 7-8 batches by the recipe measure. Most people will need to use the cornstarch to help “preserve” the texture of the extra CS if they don’t want waste.
14.11.2025 20:02 — 👍 1 🔁 1 💬 2 📌 0That said, the Wagyu French Onion Soup was incredible. I make FO from time to time and this was either the best batch or second best batch I’ve ever made. Much more delicious than just using plain old beef stock. I chopped up the Wagyu finely and marinated in soy sauce before adding to the FO w/H2O
14.11.2025 19:59 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0I was gifted a ton of Wagyu (like 6-7 pounds). Quite a bit of it was shaved (sliced thin) and had to be used quickly. So I had to come up with ways to eat wagyu every day for over a week. See this thread:

It’s very hard to make just 1/4C of confectioner sugar - there’s kinda a minimum volume that a blender will process correctly. And if you plan on storing the extra for the future, you need the cornstarch to prevent clumping.

14.11.2025 04:32 — 👍 3 🔁 1 💬 1 📌 0Letting them burn isn’t ideal. It adds bitterness. Too much burning can ruin the taste completely. The deepest caramelization you can get without burning makes for the naturally sweetest French onion soup.
14.11.2025 04:29 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Confectioner’s Sugar is one tablespoon of cornstarch per cup of white granulated sugar processed in a powerful blender until powdery.

You’re better off using USB attached SATA or PCIe drives at the very least. Network-based storage device with RAID even better. And offsite backup for disasters best.

27.10.2025 19:48 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0You need to modify nuclei to change elements. This is done thru fission or fusion. Electrons jumping into different orbitals just represent different energy states of the same element.
