There are Beyonce and Oprah fans among @steadystatevets.bsky.social We have seen autocrats threatening popular artists with criminal prosecution. Does he mean it? Who knows. It is intended to send a message of intimidation. Don't think either of these women (or their fans) will be intimidated.

You don't "not recall" telling DOJ lawyers to say "fuck you" to court orders. You either remember saying it, or you remember that you definitely didn't say it. Emil Bove saying he doesn't recall means he definitely said it, and there's a roomful of people that can testify to it.
