Just as I posted this, there is a new update from Matt. USC is in fact expected to hire Paul Gonzales.

USC is targeting Baylor defensive passing game coordinator Paul Gonzales for it’s defensive backs coach vacancy, per Matt Zenitz.

He worked under Gary Patterson at TCU from 2012-2021.

USC signee Luke Wafle is now ranked no. 1 in the final Rivals rankings.

USC signee Jaimeon Winfield is now ranked no. 11 & received a 5 star rating in the final Rivals rankings.
