eggman's name sounded very familiar. a slight grimace as her mind struggled to regain some memories.

over in pain. the seedrian was not strong. she was physically weak and probably needed medical assistance with her current mental state. cosmo had no recollection of most of her past. she didn't remember getting shot with a cannon.

"i'm fine. you don't have to worry about me."

clearly frightened by his proximity.

cosmo was lost. she didn't know where tails' workshop was or how far she had wandered in her daze. the plant frowned and slowly began to inch away from kage.

cosmo didn't act like she was a threat. if anything, anybody could easily hit her and she'd fall --

the seedrian attempted to stand without taking his hand. in her muddled state of mind, the plant didn't trust anybody that she couldn't recall. and kage was a stranger to her. cosmo managed to push herself to her feet, expression dazed as her limbs trembled.

it was very hard to believe the weakened seedrian could do anything against the planet. even if she COULD, there was no way she'd do anything on purpose. mobius, and by extension earth, was mostly safe from the --

the sudden voice made her gasp in surprise. cosmo slowly opened one of her eyes, glanced around, and finally saw kage. it was evident she was having a bit of a hard time breathing. it took a minute before she was able to talk.

"who -- who are . . . who are you. have you been following me," she --

whereabouts. the seedrian continued to travel forward after pushing away from the tree she was resting on, only to end up almost tripping over a root. this was enough to send her sprawling on the ground.

cosmo, after catching her breath, attempted to sit up.

leaning against a tree and breathing heavily with her hand across her chest. the constant walking was taking a toll on her and she was already out of breath.

"how far. . . have i gone," the seedrian mumbled to herself, her breathing getting worse with every word.

unlike a certain former assassin, cosmo was unable to tell if @kages-log.bsky.social was following her. the seedrian was aimlessly wandering, peering over her shoulder every so often. the grumbling of her stomach, and her lack of resources, was enough to have her on edge. cosmo sighed weakly, --

upon realizing the neo lord wasn't going to approach her, she slowly peered out again from behind the tree. now she was partially within view. cosmo lifted a hand in greeting, a shy smile turning up the corners of her mouth.

"hello," she weakly called out, taking a hesitant step forward.

a wince as she spoke. her legs buckled a bit underneath her, yet tails managed to keep her from fully collapsing. aside from her weakened state, cosmo had not had water in quite some time. aimlessly wandering most likely contributed to her --

feel pain in a dream. cosmo was also aware of an empty feeling. as if something was missing. she could hardly recall anything beyond emerging from the soil tails had placed her in, though the memories of being shot with that light beam cannon were resurfacing.
