We can have a robust NASA budget and a robust welfare budget. This is not a zero-sum game.

The U.S. Dollar is a publicly monopolized fiat. The federal government is not deciding to spend X% of available funds in America’s bank account on space instead of welfare.

In other words, Uncle Sam can’t run out of money.

People often ask; “why spend billions on space exploration when we could use that funding for people on Earth?”

The GOP has proposed extinction-level budget cuts for NASA. Even Bill Nye is asking Congress not to gut the program.

Public space exploration drives innovation and research that spills over into the rest of society because it’s not done for profit.

We must protect NASA!

A genuinely progressive presidential candidate in 2028 (such as AOC) would absolutely beat the GOP. Voters want progressive leadership.

Look at his actions on immigration and ICE, his (unconstitutional) EO on jus soli, his EO attacking the idea of race as a social construct, the rhetoric around “Woke,” “DEI,” and “CRT.” The list goes on. This isn’t just about power; it’s deeply about whiteness.

What we shouldn’t fail to recognize is that Trump has developed a brand as a white unitary executive. His abuse of the Executive Vesting Clause (Article II, Section I) as president is indeed about power consolidation, but it goes into racial territory as well.

Trump represents to conservative white Americans, a strong white leader capable of rectifying their racial anxieties. When we treat white supremacy and unitary executive theory as isolated, we miss the space in between.
