Yeah I have a tumblr blog that I only use to post my refs so they’re easily accessible to me which has mostly worked fine so far but there are people who straight up just won’t respond to DMs at all, you have to add them on discord or telegram (which I don’t want to do)

I used it once. Have no interest in using it again. I’m pretty low tech and offline a lot so the idea of downloading ANOTHER app just to talk to someone when I already have other ways of communication is a nightmare haha

Honestly that’s the biggest difference working corporate vs not. I work for a VERY small non profit organization and they’ve offered me more compassion and empathy than the one corporate job I worked ever did lol

Despite a very awful start to the day I somehow managed to be productive at work. Very fortunate to have a supervisor that is empathetic and offered to let me go home but I don’t think going home and dwelling on shit will do me any good rn lol
