I read the fifth season last year, then took forever to start the second book, but then I started the third the second after finishing the obelisk gate. It took 2 weeks for me to read the ending of the stone sky because I didn't want it to end... Truly amazing series!

Another misconception I've talked about before but I see going around:

Technically, correct. But it's not a loss-leader for *Amazon.*

Amazon ALWAYS takes their cut before distributing to their KU / Amazon exclusive authors. It's a loss-leader for the authors.
