It is so sad to have CDC’s Office of Smoking and Health and FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products dismantled, but we’re going to collectively find a way to keep battling in the field of tobacco control. That’s a wrap for #NCTOH2025! Presentation went well; it was wild to be with polished national-level other presenters in my session. Last night’s dinner with 17 of us at Pizano's Pizza and Pasta was so memorable. The staff went above and beyond to cater to us, and the food was as impeccable as ever.

I got teary-eyed looking at that beautiful baby and thinking about how Bruce certainly did “quit for all the right reasons.” He’s about the age that my dad would have been right now… it still hurts me to the core that, because of smoking, my dad never got to meet my son. #quitsmoking
