I had to make my own that does literally everything you just said (although it’s on PC). Utilizes Google Cloud API for OCR and OpenAI.

Have a Fold 6 coming in a few days so thought about writing a similar Android app that can utilize half the screen, basically doing the same thing.

If you’re fine using it on a PC, you can install it locally. Also has the added benefit of ensuring your data isn’t being trained on (if that’s important to you).
