Aw thank you. I mean maybe ‘not suited’ is overstating things. I mean, superheroes gotta tie ponytails too. I drew this story once with snake women and a knight, and my favorite panel, which I think back on still, was someone just taking of their shoes.

Last night I found myself again haunted by a question that plagues me more and more. How can Dan Mora be real? I mean how can a human do that level of work, that consistently, and that fast. HOW.

Reason 27 why I’m maybe not suited for superhero comics (and why I love the comic I’m currently drawing): I’m way more excited by capturing the gesture of a woman tying her ponytail than any kind of punch or fight.
