A new print! Atlantis fish and chips
I love fish and chip shops and I'm not sure why. And seagulls.

The hardest part for me to wrap my brain around was the greenery at the base of the museum.
It was a challenge to add enough details for them to feel like distant trees while not being *so* detailed to be distracting/impossible to carve.
Overall really happy with how they turned out 🙌🏼
A block of linoleum with an image of the Philadelphia skyline carved into it. In front of the skyline sits the Museum of Art. Carving tools sit next to the block, and new (larger) carve marks are visible on the block.
A block with the words “Season’s Greetings from Philly” carved into it. It sits on a registration, a small, thin guide to align the block with the paper.
A digital print of the Philly skyline, a red piece of transfer paper, and the linoleum block with the skyline image traced into it in red.
A small, rolling printing press sits in the floor. 3 relief print mats lay on the floor in front of it.
A few process pics! This was my first time trying multiple layers with my new make-shift guide and press.
You can see the block in the middle of re-carving the art museum. It was fun to see how little of detail I could get away with to still make it feel realistic.

Thanks, Deb!! Appreciate the shoutout!

Working on my (definitely not late) 2024 update card! This year, I decided to make a larger print that I scanned and printed onto postcards.
This is by far the most detailed print I’ve ever worked on! I’m really happy with how it turned out
