The KFC in downtown St. Louis has one of those. It used to be a Tim Hortons before all their local locations closed. Not sure what it was before that. The upper levels are a parking garage though.

How many cheap ass lightning cables have people gone through. It's not like that included lightning cable will last most people for the life of their device anyway. They want to reduce e-waste, make a more durable fucking cable.
