I am reasonably sure that using rental trucks to transport 15 policemen is not an approved method of person transport. Nor, for that matter, do I think using them to transport people as prisoners, is something allowed in the contract.

Is DHS violating the terms of their contract by using these vehicles in this manner? Are they changing the points on the vehicles? I've seen reports that the plates don't go with the vehicles. Is DHS violating the terms by using the vehicles to transport people in mass?

Well, we know that Star Wars as we know it is the middle of a trilogy, etc etc. I've never gotten a copy of The Star Wars, the version of the story based on the pre-filming notes, but I suspect a lot of it is there. Even if Luke is a girl and Obi-Wan is episode 1 style.

The fun thing is, I have a fan script from roughly 1990 that has a good amount of the episode 1 to 3 correct. Including the volcano fight. So a good portion of this was known, but not codified.
