They suggested asking, but also know they can’t enforce if anybody refuses. It feels a bit like a “Do you know why I pulled you over” way of getting people to self snitch.

I welcome the clarity of the ruling from the Pride organisers.

I feel a great amount of distress for my Trans siblings right now. So many people who have worked so hard to be happy, proud and out.

They deserve so much better than this.

Just to note in 2022 the Government lost a Supreme Court Decision and immediately created legislation to override the decision.
