We need to make it illegal for AI models to offer advertising. And, we need to really examine referral fees as well.

The last thing we need is to have algorithms designed to maximize revenue driving LLM output and interactions.

Remember the wonderful Biden economy. Last January, the expected US economic growth was 2.5-3%.
But now we have the Trump economy.
Yesterday, the US Fed cut its US growth forecast from 1.7% to 1.4%, but it is likely to fall further.
Trump & his supporters are to blame.

In America, we have no kings.

My kids know an American flag when they see one – but they don't yet know all that it represents.

Despite swearing otherwise just months ago, Republicans have now revealed their plan to take Medicaid away from millions of Americans.

There has to be accountability - for the harm and for the lies.

In other words, federal officials could be so entranced by the wealth of foreign leaders, especially monarchs, that they might sell out their own country in exchange for a share of the riches dangled before them. The delegates sought to guard against this existential threat to republican "virtue" by adopting the foreign emoluments clause-unanimously, and without debate.

We can argue over whether individuals or politicians are better stewards of capital.

I think the goal should be for politicians to try to efficiently collect and handle what a country needs to support those most in need, so they can live their lives in a meaningful way.

That specific pool report from Morton, I’ve learned, was never distributed by the White House to news outlets subscribed to its pool report mailing list—a notable omission and a clear break from precedent.
