It appears that Epstein and Ken Starr corresponded while Starr was the President of Baylor from 2010-2016. Here's an email in which Epstein says he'll be in Texas on 7/25/2012. Sender is redacted, but its signed Ken and references a Baylor College of Medicine meeting that day.
