Authenticity is a good word for this. Are you referring to social media or something else? Personally I am looking back further to early websites and blogs when people shared information freely and didn't try to monetise every little thing. But authenticity is a part of that as well.

They do but surely these games don't sell a huge amount, and the refund rate is high? The big issue is they make it much harder for good games to be found, and they make steam less credible as a platform because the quality is lower.

It reminds me of my years spent making game banners at Miniclip. Grabbing assets and recombining them in different something presentable. These pictures are just things I found on an image search. I made them mostly white so I don't use all my printer ink. Gonna laminate and add a tassle to finish.

My wife had the idea to make a bookmark as part of our sons teacher gift for the end of the year. The teacher loves Star Wars so I've spent the morning designing the things. There's space for my son to add a message.

A text based game map editor with 6 grids of letters representing 6 different screens. Different letters represent different tile types (walls, floor, water etc). On the right is a settings column showing different objects that can be added (keys, doors, crates etc) and colour settings for the objects.

The beep8 map editor so far. I'm updating the game code as I go and i'm almost at the stage where creating a game with this system is a one line function call. It's a bit more since controls are in the main game, and it may stay that way, but a lot is automated. #indiedev #gamedev #retro #javascript

I haven't used Keynote but isn't this a system wide thing?

I turned it off in system settings. Go to System Settings > Keyboard > Text Input > Input Sources and click the "Edit" button. Then, toggle off the "Show inline predictive text" option

3 nes games and an N64 game. The nes games are soccer, baseball, and top gun. All in box with manual. The N64 game is majora's mask gold edition, game only.
