the only 'fuck you' cliffhanger I can think of that was worse than that in recent history was the 2nd Spiderverse movie

it's been long enough now, where I think I can say that the ending to season 1 of Alien: Earth was some hot garbage.... I had been enjoying the show, and will continue to watch it, but I hate forced cliffhangers like that, and literally NOTHING was resolved.. on some "tune in next week" shit...
