The raw, medieval-themed aggressiveness of Nom de Guerre pairs excellently with Warlock’s fantasy-based atmospheric black metal.

Plasmodulated - An Ocean Ov Putrid, Stinky, Vile, Disgusting Hell

Given the title, I thought this album would've been more meatheaded. Instead, Plasmodulated deliver fundamentally solid and slightly existential death metal. The kicker is that their guitars are uptuned so it doesn't sound like a cave orgy.
